Now I've got the bugs out of SE Basic IV on the Spectrum SE I've been trying to work out what to do with 80x24 mode. Here for a start is an engine that will enable you to run five classic Level 9 adventures in hi-res:

You'll need to install the SE Basic IV ROMs in FUSE and select the Spectrum SE model. You can get the ROMs here:

The adventures that are supported are:
* Adventure Quest
* Colossal Adventure
* Dungeon Adventure
* Lords of Time
* Snowball
Basically anything that uses the 1983 Level 9 engine, including any translations if they exist.
