Fixed games for +2A / +3
All games in TAP format is fixed for work on all ZX models (ZX48/128/+2/+2A/+3/ZX clones)

Hi!! I want to play Movie(isometric one) but i cannot do that in my +2A, can you fix it too? You should explain how do you fix games to run in +2A Thanks a lot!!!!!!!!!!

As first I find all TAP files on my hdd and find in TOTAL COMMANDER all files containing hex code #3E,#39(or #3A),#ED,#47 and replace it with new code #3E,#3B,#ED,#47. As final operation you must recalculate and correct CRC in each modified TAP file.

I think we already talked about this, and Prince of Persia wasn't compatible with +2A at all, there was a big bug or big incompatibility...

GReat! The BIG problem is to convert the TAP archive to WAV and save it to tape, so every one could use it in a real machine. And the resulting WAV archive is more than one hour time running. A C-90 blank tape is adequate for this and a bigger patience than Saint Job while loading it.
I've already done this, including some empty gaps at the beginning and the very end of the WAV, and another gap just at the middle (about the minute 40, with enough time to turn the tape to the other side) and soon to check it with my +2A computer shortly. If it works, I'll give the notice and possibly a link to the ISO image of the CD in which I've recorded it, previous step to save the program into tape.
It would be fantastic if someone could convert P.O.P. into DSK format (+2A and +3 disks), so it would be rather easier to load it.

One important thing not mentioned before: "Prince of Persia" must run under 48k mode (go into +3 BASIC and type and enter USR 0) and load the TAP file with LOAD "" and the game will work perfectly.

By the way, I have tested this version on a DivIDE, and it works like a charm!
EDIT: some graphics are corrupted, for example one of the frames when jumping while running.

Voy a rescatar este hilo para comentar que Alessandro Grussu, usuario del foro de WOS, ha estado trasteando con el archivo TAP existente del Prince of Persia de Nicodim para los ZX Spectrum 128K y ha conseguido ordenar todos los bloques de los niveles para que puedan leerse de forma correcta desde cinta. Esto quiere decir que incluso se podría conseguir que el juego se cargue en cualquier modelo de 128k y la posibilidad de pasarlo a cinta (tiene que ser una cinta de larga duración ). Solo haría falta ejecutar la instrucción USR 0 en los modelos de +2A/B y +3 antes de proceder a su carga.

Muchas gracias por el aviso Más cosas a probar este fin de semana: sino pasarla a cinta, crear un .wav y cargarlo en un +2A con el mod de entrada de audio.

...me pregunto si sería muy complicado "hackear" el juego para poder sustituir la horrible pantalla de carga, asi como los horribles textos en cirílico que trae el juego y tener asi una bonita edición occidentalizada del mismo?
