This removes the DEF FN fix (http://www.worldofspectrum.org/forums/s ... hp?t=36227) because it turns out that the fix for this specific issue breaks a set of legal functions that would otherwise work. Also enables entering of the ATN token. Also enables use of PAUSE without a value for PAUSE 0.
